Fresh Spinach washed
Hard-boiled egg, grated
Bacon, crumbled or bacon bits
Mushrooms, fresh or canned sliced
Artichoke Hearts, quartered
Mandarin oranges
1 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup vinegar
1/2 Cup sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion, grated

Directions:
tear spinach, removing heavy stems and dry thoroughly. Make dressing by combining last 8 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Toss spinach in a bowl with about 1 tbs per salad. Arrange spinach on salad plates, adding egg, bacon mushrooms artichoke hearts, and oranges. Drizzle some dressing over assembled salads.
