1 large head of cauliflower
1/2. tsp. salt
1 can of cream of chicken soup
4 oz. shredded cheddar
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Break cauliflower into florets and cook in boiled, salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well Combine cauliflower, soup, cheese, mayo and curry powder and mix gently. Pour into greased 2 qt. baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350º until bubbly and top is nicely browned
