1/2 c coarse salt (kosher or sea)
2 T freshly ground white pepper
2 T freshly ground black pepper
2 T dried parsley
1 1/2 T. ground cumin1 T dried oregano
1 T. garlic powder
1 T onion powder

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to mix. Transfer to a jar, cover and store away from heat and light.
