2 8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. bag shredded cheese (sharp or cheddar)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheeses and mayo till well blended. Add onions and pepper; mix well and cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Form into a ball and roll in the pecans, if desired.
