2 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Boil pan of water. Place fresh tomatoes in water briefly to remove skins. Quarter tomatoes and cook in pan until soft. Mash. Heat milk in larger pan (don't boil). Add baking soda to hot tomatoes. Pour slowly into milk. Add butter, salt and pepper
