4 6-in. corn tortillas
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 t. chili powder
1/4 t. ground cumin
2 14 oz. cans chicken broth
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 4 oz. can green chiles, undrained
4 t. snipped fresh cilantro
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
fresh lime slices
sour cream

Preheat oven to 400. Cut tortillas into 1/2 inch strips, bake 7-8 min.

Cook cut up chicken over medium heat 3 minutes. Add onion, garlic, chili powder & cumin. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in broth, tomatoes & chiles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Divide soup into bowls. Garnish with tortilla strips, cheese, cilantro, lime & sour cream.
