Mix thoroughly:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 C. minced onion
3/4 C. fine dry bread crumbs
1 T. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Shape meat mixture into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in 1/4 C. vegetable oil.
Remove meat and stir into drippings 1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Stir is 2 C. boiling water and 3/4 C. sour cream. Return meat to gravy and cook 15 to 20 minutes
