1 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs or Oreos
6 T butter (melted)
cup sugar
1/8 t cinnamon

3 pkgs cream cheese (8 oz)
2/3 c sugar
3 eggs
2 t instant coffee powder (optional)
2 t vanilla
6 squares 1 oz semisweet chocolate (melted)
1 cups heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 275 degrees; Grease a spring form pan.
Combine crust ingredients and blend well. Press onto bottom and sides of pan; refrigerate.
Filling Whip cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, coffee powder and vanilla until well blended. Add chocolate and cream until well mixed. Pour into crust and bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Turn off heat and cool cake in oven for 45 minutes. Run a knife around the edges. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving. Remove from pan.

Speed process: Buy two prepared graham cracker (chocolate or other flavor) pie crusts. Adjust the baking time to 1 hour.
