2 beaten eggs
3/4 c milk
3/4 fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c finely chopped onion
3/4 c snipped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 dried mint flakes crushed
dash pepper
2 lbs ground lamb
2 tbs oil
3 tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first nine ingredients. Add meat and mix well.
2. Form into small balls (about 40)
3. In large skillet brown meatballs slowly in hot oil about 10 minutes.
4. Cook over low heat til done. Remove meatballs to serving dish. In drippings add lemon juice. Heat and scrape all drippings so you can pour over meatballs.
