1 package active dry east
1/2 c warm water
3 1/2 c flour
1 tbs oil
1 tsp salt

Bake 450º

1. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c warm water in a mixing bowl.
2. Beat in 1 1/2 cups sifted flour. Add in salt and oil and 2 cups sifted flour.
3. Knead till smooth and elastic about 12 minutes (will be firm).
4. Place in a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise til double in size. Punch down and chill until you are ready to use.
5. Cut dough in half. Roll into a 12 inch circle. Place on grease pan. Brush crush with 1 tbs oil and top with whatever you like.
