3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 pound halibut filets, cubed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow dish, mix olive oil, butter, lemon juice, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Place cubed halibut in dish and allow to marinate for 45 minutes in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 º
Transfer halibut and marinade mixture to casserole dish. Spread sour cream over halibut, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with French fried onions.
Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and marinade is bubbly.
