2 eggs
1/2 c. honey
1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. dry bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Beat eggs and honey together until thoroughly blended. In a separate bowl toss together bread crumbs, pecans, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in pecan mixture, coating thoroughly. Arrange chicken side by side in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Drizzle melted butter evenly over chicken.
Bake appx 40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
