2 large cans,whole tomatoes (fresh if available)
2 cans rotel tomatoes
7 Anaheim chilies
1/2 bunch cilantro
3/4 white onion
10-12 cloves garlic
approx 1 cup nacho rings
1 fresh jalapeņo pepper
juice from 6 limes
salt
Tony chaceres
garlic flavored rice vinegar

Directions:

Chop all ingredients in food processor
process longer if you don't like chunky salsa
refrigerate and use within 4 days

This is a BIG family favorite....I bring salsa to almost every family function. I usually always have this in my frig. My kids won't eat tomatoes but can't get enough salsa
