2 lbs. chicken pieces
3 eggs
1/3 cup hot sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp baking powder
2 cups flour
Salt and pepper
Crisco Shortening or oil

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. Mix eggs with war and hot sauce in a shalllow dish.
3. In large plastic bag, put in flour, baking powder and garlic. Shake until mixed.
4. Dip the chicken in egg mixture and then into flour mixtrure until coated.
5. Fry chicken at 425║for about 3 minutes -- just enough to brown, and drain on paper towels
6. Transfer chicken to rimmed baking sheet and bake at 350║ for 30 minutes.
