13 oz. shell pasta
2 tbsp butter
6 green onions (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp flour
1 C milk
1 C sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
14 oz can salmon (drained and flaked)
1/2 C fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions:

Cook pasta as directed

While pasta is cooking melt butter in large saute pan. Add onion and garlic and stir over low heat for 3 minutes, or until tender. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.

Combine the milk, sour cream and lemon juice in a jug. Gradually add to the onion mixture and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the mixture boils and thickens.

Add the salmon and parsley to the pan and stir for 1 minute, or until heated through. Mix in the drained pasta. Salt & pepper to taste.

This is a simple and tasty dish. If you don't have salmon you can use canned tuna instead.
