2 Cups Cooked Cubed Chicken or 20 Small Meatballs
16 oz. Jar Marinara Sauce ir 2 Cups Homemade
2 Tbs. Butter
2 Tbs. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
Ground Black Pepper to Taste
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
2 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb. Pasta (Cooked till almost done)

In a large saucepan, melt butter and lightly sauté garlic. Add flour to make a roux. Stir in milk, salt and pepper and cook until thickened. Stir in parmesan cheese. Stir in marinara sauce to make a "pink" sauce. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 40 minutes till hot a bubbly.
