1 Pint Whipping Cream
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Crushed Peppermint Candy
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 10 oz. Package Miniature Marshmallows
1 Cup Crushed Chocolate Wafer Cookies

Directions:

Whip cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff. Fold in peppermint candy, nuts, and marshmallows. Chill in fridge for 2 - 3 hours. Mold into 3" balls and roll in crushed cookies. Place in muffin tins and freeze.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.

I loved it when Mom would make these at Christmas Time! If I remember correctly, these were served at Chris and Dave's wedding reception.
On her recipe, she had noted on the side that she quadrupled the recipe for a large batch.
