1/4 C diced onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C diced red, yellow and/or orange peppers
1/2 C sliced mushrooms
1 C unprepared Stovetop stuffing
1/4 C milk
Lawry's seasoned salt
4 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter. Add stuffing mix, milk, salt and pepper; keep warm. Brown the top and bottom of pork chops. Add Lawry's seasoned salt to top and bottom of pork chops while browning. Cut a slit in the side of each pork chop to make a pocket and stuff the stuffing mixture into each pork chop. Transfer the stuffed pork chops to a greased 9x13” pan, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
