2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
dash of salt and pepper
3/4 cup grated American cheese

Directions:
Blend butter & flour. Add milk. Stir until thick. Add seasonings and cheese. Stir constantly over medium heat until cheese is melted.
