3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dash hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
In blender combine the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice & hot sauce. Blend for about 5 seconds.
Melt butter in microwave. Set blender on high & pour butter into egg yolk mixture. It should thicken almost immediately. Serve warm sauce over anything you'd like.... meat, vegetables.
