1 lb. of chicken cut in parts (skin should remain for additional flavor)
1 cup of chopped onion
1 leek
8 oz. of butter
1/2 lb. of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup water
A minimum of 1 T. paprika (add more for taste)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 4 oz. of butter in fry pan. Add onion and leek and saute for 5 minutes. Add chicken parts and brown gently on all sides. Sprinkle paprika over the chicken. Add water as necessary to keep chicken moist. After 1/2 hour add sliced mushrooms and continue to monitor the need for water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
