4 5oz cans cooked chicken
1 c sour cream
1 103/4oz can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. Colby cheese, shredded
1 4oz can chopped green chilies, drained
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1/4 t. pepper
10 10" flour tortillas
1 c. Colby cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, soup, cheeses, green chilies, onion and pepper; Mix well. Place 1/2 c. of mixture on each tortilla; roll up and place seam side down in 3 quart oblong glass baking dish. Bake 25-35 minutes Sprinkle with 1 cup Colby cheese and continue to bake 5 min. longer.

These are a nice change from beef enchiladas. This is like a white enchilada.
