Ingredients:
Ingredients:
24 raw oysters
½ C flour
½ C cornmeal
¼ C plain (fine) bread crumbs
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
1 ½ C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse oysters in cold water and pat dry. Beat eggs together and stir in to milk. Pour egg and milk mixture into a bowl with oysters, making sure all oysters are covered. Start pre-heating deep fryer to 360° preferably with peanut oil, if not vegetable is fine. Mix all dry ingredients together very well. Place each oyster into dry mixture, coating them well. Once oil has reached desired temperature, drop oysters in. When they float to top, flip them once, wait until golden brown, then remove from oil and drain well. Serve with tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. Yumee!! My favorite.
