1 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 cup of water
1 jar (28oz) spaghetti sauce
1 cup of ricotta or cottage cheese
1 16oz pkg of mozzarella cheese
1 box of lasagna noodles
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce & water. Mix until blended.

Cover bottom of 9x13 pan with 1-1/2 cups of sauce.

Add layer of uncooked noodles.

Spread half of the ricotta/cottage cheese over noodles. Layer half of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Add 1-1/2 coups of sauce. Another layer of noodles. Repeat the cheeses.

Add a 3rd layer of noodles.

Top with remaining sauce & spring with Parmesan cheese.

Cover tightly with foil. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Check with knife to insure noodles are cooked.) Let stand 10 minutes before removing foil. Serve!
