Olive oil nonstick cooking spray
1 T. dried Italian seasoning

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Lightly coat baguette slices with cooking spray. Combine Italian seasoning and garlic powder, sprinkle over bread slices. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until bread slices cool. (I usually skip all of the above and just buy Panetinis from Costco)
Meanwhile in a large bowl combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano. Spread some of the hummus on each toasted baguette slice and top with cucumber mixture.
