1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sugars, margarine, shortening ,eggs and vanilla Beat at medium speed on mixer until fluffy and light. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until soft dough forms. Stir in nuts and chips.
Drop dough by heaping teaspoons 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets Bake in a 350º oven for 11-13 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool for 1 min. before removing from cookie sheets. Cool completely before storing.
