1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 gal whole milk
pinch of salt
vanilla to taste
1 8oz tub Cool Whip

Beat together pudding and eggs. Add sugar and other ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer according to freezer directions.

This recipe was one that Grandma Rist gave me. She got it from Aunt Juanita. This ice cream freezes very well and it doesn't get grainy like a lot of them do.
