2 C. sugar
1 C. water
1 C. light corn syrup
7 drops of red coloring
1 tsp. oil of cinnamon
Little powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water and syrup in a large pot. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring constantly. Stir in food coloring, continue to cook, without stirring, until mixture reaches hard crack stage (300 deg.). Remove from heat and carefully stir in oil. Working rapidly spread mixture on an oiled 15x10x1 pan. Let cool. Break into pieces. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
