1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. garlic powder
1/4-1/2 t. salt, optional
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. cheddar cheese. finely shredded
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Dash pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
(1 1/2 lbs)

Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine butter, garlic, garlic powder and salt. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheeses and pepper. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a 9x13" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350º or until juices run clear.
