Ingredients:  
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
5 cups finely chopped cabbage
1 med onion sliced
4 med carrots sliced(1/4 inch about 2 cups)
2 med celery chopped (about 1 cup)
2 chicken bouillon cubes or granules
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp margarine (low fat/calorie)
3 lbs cut up & skinned w or w/out bones

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cut up chicken over medium heat with margarine 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown on all sides. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika, until chicken is done.
Add chicken broth bring to a boil, then add carrots,celery, onion and cabbage.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, longer or until chicken and vegetables are done.
Serve hot
