3 C Flour
1/3 C Sugar
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 C Butter
1 C Buttermilk or Milk with some Lemon Juice
1 C Dried Fruits (cranberries, blue berries...)
1 C White Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, powder, and soda. Cut in the butter until finely mixed. Add and mix fruit and chips. Add buttermilk and stir until just mixed. Make into small patties and place on a greased pan. Shape and flatten. Bake at 400º for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
