Ingredients:  
1 can fat free refried beans (with lime and chilies)
1 8 ounce pkg. of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can diced green chilies
1 - ½ Tbsp Taco seasoning
½ -1 cup grated jack cheese
½ -1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 bunch of green onions, sliced thin
a few dashes of Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 400E for about 20 minutes, until all the cheeses are melted. Stir. Dip will thicken as it cools. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
