1 qt. milk
2 cans canned milk (evaporated)
1 pint whipping cream
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
½ tsp salt

Fruit mix:
juice of 3 oranges
juice of 2 lemons
1 qt. apricot puree (drained)
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add fruit mix gradually, stirring constantly. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes about 5-6 qt.
