2 squares of good butter
1 c sugar
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 large Hershey’s Symphony bar with almonds and toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Break candy into small pieces and spread out on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar and water together and heat until it boils, stirring constantly. Boil until the mixture is the color of a brown paper bag. Immediately pour over the broken bits of candy on the pan. Cool completely and break into chunks.
