1 c. Mayonnaise (or fat free plain sour cream)
1 c. Parmesan
1 c. Mozzarella
1 can Artichoke Hearts in H2O (drained)
1 box Frozen Spinach (completely drained - as dry as you can get it!)
3 Green Onions (chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
Oregano to taste

Combine all ingredients, cover with foil, and bake in oven @ 350 for about 40 minutes.
It's so simple yet sooo scrumptious.
