3 eggs
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
jelly or jam

Directions:
Directions:
Line jelly roll pan [10x15 inch] with waxed paper. Beat eggs until thick. Gradually add sugar, water and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder,and salt.Pour into prepared pan. Bake just until cake is done. Loosen edges and immediately turn upside down onto a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar. Roll up. When slightly cooler, unroll and spread with jam or jelly. Roll up again until cool.
