2 cups crushed pretzels
3 tsp. plus 3/4 cup sugar, divided
3/4 cup melted butter
2 pkgs. [3 oz.] orange Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cans [8 oz.] crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. [8 oz.] cream cheese, softened
2 cups whipped topping
Additional whipped topping, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pretzels, 3 tsp. sugar and butter. Press into ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool.
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add pineapple and oranges. Chill until partially set.
Beat cream cheese and 3/4 c. sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Gently spoon jello mixture over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares. Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.
