1 c milk
1 pkg regular granulated yeast OR rapid rise yeast
2 c all purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp cooking oil or melted butter
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to lukewarm and dissolve yeast in milk. Add flour and all other ingredients. Stir until smooth. Place dough on floured surface, roll out and cut into rolls. Place rolls on baking sheet and let rise for approximately 1 hour (30 minutes if using rapid rise yeast). Bake at 400º for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden on top.
