2 packages softened cream cheese
2 jars dried beef
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 T horseradish
Chopped onions
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheese and work it thoroughly with hands. Shred one package of beef and work into cheese with remaining ingredients. Make into large ball.
Shred 2nd package of dried beef and roll ball, coating completely. Chill and serve with bread or crackers.
