Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
4 T sugar
1/8 t salt
1/4 lb, plus 2 1/2 T, butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. almonds, chopped
2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
3 c. sweetened flaked coconut
2 - 3 c. powdered sugar (I like 2 c, but use more if you like it sweeter)
4 T fresh lime juice
4 t lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press into an ungreased 10x15 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix eggs, nuts, brown sugar and coconut until well blended. Spread over warm crust. Bake an additional 30 minutes until set.

While still warm, loosen the edges with a metal spatula (very important!). Mix together the powdered sugar, lime juice and zest. Working quickly, spread the lime paste all over the top with a spatula while still warm. Let cool to room temperature and cut into bars.

Personal Notes:
This is honestly one of the best desserts I have ever made or tasted. I added cornstarch to the frosting until it reached the appropriate texture.
