6 oz cream cheese
½ c margarine or butter
1 ½ c sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 1oz square baking chocolate
1 Tbsp peppermint extract
green food coloring
Chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and cream cheese. Beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Divide batter, 2/3 and 1/3. Add melted chocolate to the 2/3 portion. Add the extract and food coloring to the 1/3 portion. Checkerboard the chocolate batter into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Drop globs of the green batter between the sections of chocolate. Cut through with a knife to marble. Bake at 350E for about 20 minutes. Time can vary with oven so check for doneness. When cool, frost with chocolate frosting.
