4 Chiles poblanos medianos
1/2 taza de queso cottage
1/2 taza de queso ricotta
1/2 taza de queso estilo mexicano
1/2 taza de queso cotija
4 cebollitas verdes, la parte blanca nada mas
3 dientes de ajo,machacados.
1/2 cucharadita de ojuelas de chile rojo, o mas para darle sabor.
1 huevo batido
3/4 de taza de queso romano-parmesan
1/4 de taza de pan molido
2 cucharadas de mantequilla

1.Corta la colita del chile y sacale por ahi las semillas.
2.pon agua a hervir,agrega los chiles y cocina por 4 minutos,saca los chiles y se ponen a secar en una servilleta de cocina.
3. En un recipiente mediano combina los quesos la cebolla, las ojuelas del chile, sal y pimienta al gusto. agrega el huevo batido y revuelve bien.
4.calienta el horno a 475, con una cuchara pon poco de la mixtura en los chiles.
5.combina el queso romano-parmesan y el pan molido, echalo a cada chile,pon un poco de mantequilla,cocina por 10 minutos o hasta que este doradito y el queso se derita.
