1.5 lbs Cod, cut into servings
1 C Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
3/4 C Beer
2 Egg Whites

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure the fish is almost room temperature. Bring the oil to a temperature of 365º. Whisk the flour, salt and pepper together. Add the beer and whisk. Add the egg whites and whisk until batter looks like it will stick to the fish. Drop the fish pieces into the batter and make sure they are coated. Carefully drop the coated fish pieces into the oil and fry until golden brown.
