Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb (4 1/2 Cups) milk chocolate, melted 1 C heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:	Directions: In a medium bowl melt chocolate in microwave 2 minutes at half power at a time stirring after each time until all chocolate is melted. In a 1 quart saucepan, scald cream. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Beat chocolate with mixer. Stop beater and pour all the cream over chocolate and continue beating cleaning sides and bottom of bowl several times with spatula until mixture is smooth and well blended. About 1-2 minutes. Refrigerate 6 hours or until firm. To form truffles, shape into balls with a small ice cream scoop and arrange on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. If mixture becomes too soft to form, chill again. Dip in a dipping chocolate or roll in powdered sugar and keep chilled.
