1 1/2 C BROWN SUGAR
1 1/2 C WHITE SUGAR
1 C HOT COFFEE[BREWED]
1 C SOUR MILK [1 C MILK , 1 TSP BAKING SODA]
1 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP GROUND GLOVES
1 TSP ALLSPICE
1 TSP NUTMEG
1 C CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 C RAISINS
1 QT PLASTIC ZIPLOCK BAG
1 GLASS CAKE PAN

BAKE @ 325º FOR 1 HR.

GREASE AND FLOUR PAN. SET ASIDE
IN LG BOWL PUT 3 C FLOUR. SET ASIDE
IN MED BOWL MIX TOGETHER CINN, G.CLOVES
ALLSPICE , NUTMEG. SUGARS SET ASIDE.
IN ZIPLOCK BAG PUT RAISINS AND WALNUTS
WITH 1/2 C FLOUR SHAKE TILL COVERED.

MIX TO FLOUR IN THE LG BOWL = ALL SPICES AND SUGARS ADD 1 C HOT BLACK COFFEE ,
ADD SAUSAGE, ADD SOUR MLIK MIX WELL
WITH SPOON MIX IN RAISIN AND WALNUTS
POUR INTO GLASS CAKE PAN

SERVE HOT OR COLD WITH COOL WHIP
