Crushed ice
2 sherry glasses of amontillado sherry
1 fresh egg
1 cup of milk
Grated nutmeg
1 dessert spoon caster sugar ( or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Place half a cup of crushed ice in a blender or cocktail shaker. Add the sherry, caster sugar, egg and milk and shake or blend until the consistency is perfectly smooth and velvety. Strain into a chilled highball glass and dust with grated nutmeg to decorate.
