1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil
9 oz cherry tomatoes
9 oz yellow pear tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add whole tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes or until soft. Add the herbs to tomatoes, stir-fry for 1 minute or until combined. Serve warm on its own or on top of your favorite pasta or with warm sliced baguette or bread of your choice.
