1 lb lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 medium onion,diced
1 tsp oregano
1 (14 oz) enchilada sauce
4 10 inch flour tortillas
1 cup shedded monterey jack cheese
16 oz salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano. Drain. Add enchilada sauce. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5-10 minutes.
Heat tortillas, place on plate. Place 1/4 cup of meat mixture on each tortilla. Add 14/cup cheese. Roll as for a burrito. Top with salsa and toppings (such as shedded lettuce, chopped tomato, black olives, sour cream, or guacamole).
