2 cup rice
4 cup water
1/2 small can el pato tomato sauce (jalepeno)
2 tsp oil
1 tbsp. chicken bullion

Directions:
Directions:
1) Fry rice until slightly brown in oil (make sure to stir)
2) Add water, chicken bullion & tomato sauce to rice. Stir.
3) Cover rice, bring to complete boil
4) Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 min until water is absorbed

El pato will make the rice slightly spicy. Replace with plain tomato sauce if you don't like spicy food. You can also add a can of mixed vegetables.
