1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut or nuts
2 c. cornflakes
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda & powder and salt and add to creamed mixture. Stir in raisins, nuts, and cornflakes. Blend well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
